Cacao & Yoga Ceremony –

Connection from the Heart 2025

Guided by  Itamar & Marisa

You are warmly invited to a gentle and sacred gathering where we combine the heart-opening power of ceremonial cacao with nourishing yoga, meditation, breathwork, chanting and community connection.

In this sacred space, we slow down.
We turn inward.
We open our hearts — to ourselves, and to one another.

Ceremonial cacao is a powerful yet gentle plant medicine, traditionally used in ritual to support emotional healing, heart expansion, and connection. It invites us to soften, to listen deeply, and to remember who we are beneath the noise.

Through a lovingly guided yoga practice, we move with intention — opening the body, creating space in the heart, and grounding through breath. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, the practice is accessible, intuitive, and deeply supportive.

As part of the ceremony, we’ll also share simple heart-opening chants or mantras to awaken the voice and deepen the energetic resonance of the group. No singing experience is needed — just your presence and an open heart.

This is a space to be held, seen, and supported.
A space to connect — not only within, but with each other. We co-create a circle of warmth, trust, and belonging — a space where we remember we are not alone on our path.

  • Individuals with serious heart conditions or high blood pressure

  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding (consult your doctor if unsure)

  • Anyone with known sensitivities to cacao or caffeine
